Each 10oz candle is crafted with 100% soy wax, premium phthalate-free fragrance oils, and a cotton braided wick, delivering a clean, long-lasting burn of over 80 hours. Your logo is featured on the candle label alongside the Bode+Ev website, creating shared brand visibility while maintaining a refined, cohesive aesthetic.

This program is designed as a true collaboration, not a traditional wholesale order. In addition to custom branding, every partnership includes mutual social media promotion, helping both brands reach new audiences and strengthen community connections.

Custom Candle Collaboration – FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our custom candle collaborations require a minimum order of 24 candles per design or scent. This allows us to maintain our small-batch quality and luxury standards.

What does the one-time design fee include?

The $75 one-time design fee covers professional label layout, logo placement, formatting, and brand alignment. One revision round is included.
This fee applies to your first order only and is waived on reorders using the same approved design.

Can I reorder without paying the design fee again?

Yes. Once your design has been approved, future reorders using the same label design do not require an additional design fee.

Can I use my own logo and branding?

Absolutely. Your logo will be featured prominently on the candle label, paired with the Bode+Ev website for shared visibility. Fully white-label options (no website) are available for an additional fee.

Do you offer scent customization?

Yes. You may choose from our curated fragrance collection or request a custom exclusive scent for a one-time fee. Custom scent development is optional and quoted separately.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 2–3 weeks after final design approval. Rush production may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Is social media promotion included?

Yes. Each collaboration includes mutual social media promotion, such as co-tagged posts and story mentions, helping both brands reach new audiences.

Can these candles be resold?

Yes. Our collaboration candles are ideal for retail resale, client gifting, events, and promotions. Suggested retail pricing is $30–$34 per candle.

What type of wax and ingredients do you use?

All Bode+Ev candles are made with 100% soy wax, premium phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton braided wicks. Our candles are clean-burning, non-toxic, and thoughtfully crafted.

Do you offer custom packaging or gift sets?

Yes. Custom packaging, gift boxing, and bundled sets are available upon request and are quoted separately.

What is required to start a collaboration?

To begin, we require:

  • Completed collaboration order form

  • Logo file submission

  • Design fee payment

  • 50% deposit on candle order

The remaining balance is due prior to production or shipment.

Can I request exclusivity?

Limited exclusivity (by scent or territory) may be available for an additional fee and must be discussed prior to design approval.
