Here at Bode+Ev we are committed to providing high quality products to our customers. It is important to note that all products measured by weight not volume, so some items may appear less than the container they live in, we assure you that you are getting the stated amount, and then some.  We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase.  When placing your order you are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to delays. As we make every effort to fulfill custom orders as soon as they arrive, they do take longer to process. Should there be an extended delay with any items, for any reason, we will reach out to you directly. Any delays resulting from postal carries in the shipping stage, we will not be held responsible. (See Shipping Policy)  While all custom orders may take longer to process and are also subject to specific return stipulations (See Refund Policy)

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. All prices advertised are subject to change, however, we make every effort to ensure all changes will be notated on the website. All accepted forms of payment are:  VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay 

Once your order is submitted through the checkout page, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, that you agree to all charges.  As your order is being processed you will be informed, via email every step of the way. Once it is it has been completely fulfilled and ready for shipment you will receive notification with tracking information.  

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. In that event, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
