Refund policy

At Bode+Ev, we take pride in creating luxury handmade soy candles, clean home fragrance products, and plant-based bath + body essentials in small batches using high-quality ingredients. Because each item is carefully handcrafted, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.

Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unburned products within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

Eligible return items must:

Be unused and unburned
Be in original packaging
Arrive in original condition

To request a return or exchange, please email us at tracey@bodeandev.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the request

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package every order, but if your handmade candle, room spray, or bath + body product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Your order number

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Burned candles (on a case by case basis)
Used home fragrance products
Used bath + body products
Custom or personalized orders
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Store Credit + Scent Exchanges

We want you to love your Bode+Ev experience. In many cases, we are happy to offer store credit or scent exchanges for eligible products.
