Host a meaningful, elevated candle making fundraiser for your school, PTO, team, or nonprofit organization.

The Bode+Ev Fundraiser Candle Making Workshop brings a hands-on soy wax candle experience directly to your community — offering connection, creativity, and a modern alternative to traditional product-based fundraisers.

Each guest will pour and create their own 10oz luxury soy wax candle using Bode+Ev’s clean-burning 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance blends infused with essential oils. Guests will explore our curated scent bar, blend a custom fragrance, and finish with a personalized label.

This is more than a fundraiser — it’s an experiential event that brings people together while giving back.

• One full-size 10oz soy wax candle per guest

• On-site professional instruction

$15 per paid guest is donated directly back to your organization.

Minimum 15 guests required ($975 minimum event total).

 How to Book Your Fundraiser

  1. Submit Your Inquiry
    Complete the INQUIRY FORM with your event details. I personally review every request to ensure your gathering is a perfect fit.

  2. Connection + Confirmation
    Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a follow-up email confirming availability, final pricing based on guest count, and any add-ons discussed.

  3. Secure Your Date
    Once confirmed, a $250 deposit will be required to officially reserve your date (see Booking Policies for full details)

  4. Final Guest Count
    Final headcount and remaining balance (if any) are due 5 days prior to your event.

Public Registration for Attendees

For open-to-the-public or community fundraisers, participants may register individually using the link below, click on the fundraiser you wish to participate in and purchase your ticket.

Booking Policies

A $250 deposit is required to secure the date of your Fundraiser workshop

Fundraiser workshop pricing is $65 per guest with a 15 guest minimum. If 15 guest minimum is met or exceeded, the deposit then is applied to the final donation paid back to the organization by Bode+Ev.

If the minimum is NOT met, the organization may choose to pay the difference to proceed with the scheduled event or reschedule once within 30 days. 

If the event is canceled and NOT rescheduled due to not meeting the minimum, the deposit of $250 is non-refundable.

Final guest count is due 5 days prior to the event.

Remaining balance is due 5 days before the event date.

Because each experience is curated and materials are prepared specifically for your guest count, retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred once within 30 days if rescheduled.
