$45 per guest | 8 person minimum

Perfect for birthdays, girls' nights, bridal showers, family reunions, corporate team-building events, client appreciation gatherings, holiday parties, and special celebrations, our private candle making experience transforms any location into a creative and memorable event.

Serving Marietta, Woodstock, Roswell, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Atlanta, Canton, Milton, Johns Creek, and surrounding North Georgia communities, Bode+Ev brings all materials, setup, instruction, and cleanup directly to you.

Each guest will create their own custom 10oz luxury soy wax candle while enjoying a guided fragrance blending experience. Explore our curated scent collection featuring premium fragrance oils and essential oil blends, then create a personalized candle scent that reflects your unique style.

This is more than a craft night — it’s a custom scent experience designed for connection, creativity, and intentional living.

BYOV – Bring Your Own Vessel

Have a special jar, bowl, or heat-safe container you love? Bring it.

We’ll help you properly wick and fill your vessel for $2 per ounce poured.
Make one or several — you pay only for what you pour.

All vessels must be heat-safe and candle appropriate. Approval required prior to event.

Travel Fees apply to areas 8 miles outside of Bode+Ev's home base, TBD.


How to Book Your Candle Experience

  1. Submit Your Inquiry
    Complete the INQUIRY FORM with your event details. I personally review every request to ensure your gathering is a perfect fit.

  2. Connection + Confirmation
    Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a follow-up email confirming availability, final pricing based on guest count, and any add-ons discussed.

  3. Secure Your Date
    Once confirmed, a $135 non-refundable retainer invoice will be required to officially reserve your date.

  4. Final Guest Count
    Final headcount and remaining balance are due 5 days prior to your event.


Reserve Your Date

Once Inquiry form has been filled out and we’ve confirmed your date and details via email, your event is secured with a non-refundable $135 deposit.

Your date is not held until the deposit is received.

Final guest count and remaining balance are due five (5) days prior to your event.


Host / Guest Sign-Ups (If You Prefer Guests to Pay Individually)

If you’d like guests to reserve their own seat individually, you may share this private booking link with them, they will then scroll to sign up for your specific event.  If host is paying for all just enter the number of guests you wish to pay for.

EVENT REGISTRATION

Each guest must complete their reservation in advance. Once the minimum guest count is met, your event is confirmed.


Booking Policies

A $135 non-refundable reservation is required to secure your private workshop date.

Mobile workshop pricing is $45 per guest with an 8 guest minimum ($360 minimum event total).

The reservation is applied toward the final event total.

Final guest count is due 5 days prior to the event.
Remaining balance is due 5 days before the event date.

If the minimum is not met, the host may choose to pay the difference to proceed or reschedule once within 30 days.

Because each experience is curated and materials are prepared specifically for your guest count, retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred once within 30 days if rescheduled.
