Host your next gathering at the Bode+Ev Candle Making Studio located inside Two Funky Hippies Boutique in Roswell, Georgia — an elevated private candle making experience designed for creativity, connection, and memorable moments.

Perfect for girls’ nights, birthdays, bridal showers, family gatherings, corporate team building events, book clubs, girl scouts and special celebrations, this private 2-hour experience allows each guest to create one custom-scented 10oz soy candle and one 8oz plant based room + linen spray in a warm, boutique-inspired setting.

Guests will explore Bode+Ev’s curated fragrance bar featuring premium phthalate-free fragrance oils infused with essential oils, then blend a custom scent unique to them. Each candle is hand-poured using clean-burning 100% soy wax and cotton wicks before being finished with a personalized candle label.

Hosts are welcome to decorate the space to fit the theme of their event and may bring light appetizers and beverages to create a personalized, intimate gathering experience for their guests.

More than a traditional candle making workshop, this experience was thoughtfully created to inspire connection, creativity, and elevated everyday living through scent.

All participants get to enjoy 10% of all in store purchases day of the event.

Your private studio experience includes exclusive use of our event space for up to two hours, giving your group plenty of time to create, connect, celebrate, and enjoy the experience together. Feel free to bring light refreshments, drinks, and decorations to make the space your own and create a memorable gathering for your guests.

How to Book Your Candle Experience

  1. Submit Your Inquiry
    Complete the INQUIRY FORM with your event details. I personally review every request to ensure your gathering is a perfect fit.

  2. Connection + Confirmation
    Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a follow-up email confirming availability, final pricing based on guest count, and any add-ons discussed.

  3. Secure Your Date
    Once confirmed, a $130 non-refundable retainer invoice will be required to officially reserve your date.

  4. Final Guest Count
    Final headcount and remaining balance are due 5 days prior to your event.


Reserve Your Date

Once Inquiry form has been filled out and we’ve confirmed your date and details via email, your event is secured with a non-refundable $130 deposit.

Your date is not held until the deposit is received.

Final guest count and remaining balance are due five (5) days prior to your event.


Host / Guest Sign-Ups (If You Prefer Guests to Pay Individually)

If you’d like guests to reserve their own seat individually, you may share this private booking link with them, they will then scroll to sign up for your specific event.  If host is paying for all just enter the number of guests, you wish to pay for.

EVENT REGISTRATION

Each guest must complete their reservation in advance. Once the minimum guest count is met, your event is confirmed.


Booking Policies

A $130 non-refundable reservation is required to secure your private workshop date.

Private workshop pricing is $65 per guest with a 6 guest minimum ($390 minimum event total).

The reservation is applied toward the final event total.

Final guest count is due 5 days prior to the event.
Remaining balance is due 5 days before the event date.

If the minimum is not met, the host may choose to pay the difference to proceed or reschedule once within 30 days.

Because each experience is curated and materials are prepared specifically for your guest count, retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred once within 30 days if rescheduled.
